Following the aforementioned methodology, St. James is able to assess the dynamic security needs of the client and recommend the most effective security solution. As a measuring tool our Compliance Division keeps abreast of our performance by conducting evaluations on a quarterly basis.

In addition all customers are assigned a CSR (Customer Service Representative) to ascertain that security services are rendered as designed.
